Terms and Conditions

Please double-check your calendar to confirm your availability before you make your purchase. Refunds are available only in the event of cancellation by the instructor. Any event may be cancelled, for reasons including low enrollment or force majeure. Because event availability depends on minimum and maximum enrollment, refunds are not available to students who voluntarily withdraw or become unable to participate. Availability of makeup and booster classes in multi-section courses is not guaranteed. Autumn reserves the right to use substitute teachers.

Gift Certificates

Contact me to pay by cash or check, or if you'd like to use PayPal, just make your purchase through the regular menu at the top of this page: use the "note to Autumn" field to let me know this is a gift purchase, and specify the names that should appear in the "to" and "from" fields. Private lesson and dollar-amount gift certificates are also available; contact me for a PayPal link or to make other purchase arrangements. After I receive your payment, I'll email you a printable PDF. Gift certificates are not refundable and are subject to expiration. (The full value of gift certificates for Winter 2012 classes and courses must be redeemed by April 3, 2012). Recipients will be required to fill out a registration form before their first class, accepting the terms and conditions that apply to regular enrollment.
